CARROLLTON OFFICE
➣ PARALEGALS
Experienced litigation paralegals who are well versed in Texas discovery practice and document organization. First Party insurance paralegal experience is a plus.
➣ LEGAL ASSISTANT
Opening for an energetic, self-motivated individual to assist in all aspects of our mass tort & class action intake department. Duties will include data entry; spreadsheet creation and maintenance; effective communication with clients; new case screening and evaluation; internet research; and other special projects that will be assigned on an ongoing basis.
➣ PERSONAL INJURY CASE MANAGER
5+ Prior exp. in managing PI pre-suit cases. Auto insurance claims experience is a plus.
Standard requirements for all positions:
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel; attention to detail and accuracy; as well as the ability to multi-task; strong time management and organizational skills; and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
