Mr. Sean Chalaki is a seasoned litigation attorney in Texas experienced in Personal Injury Litigation, Business and Commerical Litigation, Real Estate, Product Liability, and Healthcare Compliance. In 2010, Mr. Chalaki established the Law Offices of Sean Chalaki and Associates P.C. and ever since the firm has gained recognition for its growth and dedication to client satisfaction.

Shawn Hashemi aka Shawn has devoted his practice to civil litigation, construction law, professional liability for architects and engineers, premises liability, personal injury, business tort, and real estate law. Successfully negotiated and settled dozens of claims for and against clients.
YASAMIN MOUSSAVI

Mrs. Moussavi is an attorney admitted in the States Bars of Texas, New York and South Australia. She is also admitted to practice law in Iran. Mrs. Moussavi joined Chalaki Law to handle the law firm’s compliance matters for state and federal cases in 2017. Mrs. Moussavi has experience with practice in both Common Law and Civil Law systems.

Abbas Harati is a dedicated attorney licensed to practice law in California, with a focus on personal injury law. Mr. Harati started as an intern with Go Suits P.C. and worked his way up to being the managing attorney for Go Suits P.C. His passion for personal injury law was ignited while he was an intern and during his time as an undergraduate studying political science.
